At JewelsPe, we facilitate seamless and secure transactions between buyers and verified jewellers. Since we operate as a digital payment and reward platform, we do not directly handle the physical shipping or delivery of jewellery. However, we ensure that our partnered jewellers comply with industry-standard shipping policies.

This policy outlines how shipping, delivery, and order tracking work for jewellery purchases made through the JewelsPe platform.

2. Shipping Responsibility

  • JewelsPe does not handle product shipping directly. The jewellers listed on our platform are responsible for shipping, packaging, and delivery of purchased jewellery.
  • Buyers should confirm the shipping details, estimated delivery time, and courier service with the respective jeweller before finalizing a purchase.
  • Any shipping disputes, damages, or delays must be directly addressed with the jeweller or courier partner.

3. Shipping Charges & Delivery Timeframes

  • Shipping fees are determined by the jeweller and depend on location, weight, and order value.
  • Estimated delivery time varies based on the jeweller’s policies, order location, and shipping service. Typically, delivery occurs within 5-10 business days from order confirmation.
  • Some jewellers may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value.
  • Express delivery options may be available at an additional cost, subject to jeweller approval.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once the jeweller ships your order, they must provide a tracking number and courier details.
  • Buyers should request the tracking number from the jeweller to monitor their shipment.
  • JewelsPe does not offer live tracking but assists in coordinating with jewellers if required.

5. Packaging & Insurance

To ensure secure delivery, jewellers must:

  • Pack all jewellery items securely using tamper-proof, insured, and industry-standard packaging.
  • Provide insurance coverage for high-value items (if applicable).
  • Share unboxing guidelines with buyers to prevent disputes in case of damage claims.

Buyers are advised to record a video while unboxing as proof of condition upon delivery.


6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If a shipment is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, buyers must contact the jeweller for updates.
  • If a package is lost in transit, the jeweller must coordinate with the courier company for compensation or a replacement.
  • JewelsPe is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered shipments, but we will assist buyers in resolving disputes with the jeweller.

7. Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries

If a buyer receives a:

  • Wrong product
  • Damaged item
  • Incomplete package

They must immediately:

  1. Contact the jeweller within 24-48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide photographic/video proof of the issue.
  3. Retain the original packaging for verification.

Jewellers are responsible for initiating an exchange, refund, or compensation as per their terms.


8. Returns Due to Shipping Issues

  • Buyers can only return a product if the jeweller’s return policy allows it.
  • Shipping charges for returns/exchanges may be borne by either the buyer or jeweller, depending on the agreement.
  • Returns must be shipped using a tracked and insured courier service.

9. Shipping for Jeweller Withdrawals

  • When a jeweller requests a withdrawal from their JewelsPe Wallet, no physical shipping is required.
  • Funds are processed via NEFT/IMPS within 24 hours and deposited into the jeweller’s bank account.

10. Shipping for Promotional Rewards or Gifts

JewelsPe may offer promotional gifts or rewards to users.

  • Such items will be shipped within 10-15 business days if applicable.
  • Shipping details and tracking will be shared upon dispatch.

11. Dispute Resolution for Shipping Issues

In case of a dispute regarding:

  • Undelivered packages
  • Incorrect shipments
  • Delayed deliveries

Buyers should:

  1. First, contact the jeweller for resolution.
  2. If unresolved, escalate the issue to JewelsPe Support at info@jewelspe.com.
  3. JewelsPe will mediate but does not hold direct liability for shipping errors.
