1. Introduction

At JewelsPe, we are committed to providing a seamless and rewarding experience for our users. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which a Buyer (Subscriber/Investor) or Jeweller may cancel transactions, subscriptions, or other services offered on the JewelsPe platform. We strive to maintain transparency in our processes and ensure a fair system for all parties involved.

By using our services, you agree to comply with this Cancellation Policy, which is subject to change at the discretion of JewelsPe. We encourage users to review this policy periodically to stay informed about updates.

2. Cancellation of Transactions for Buyers (Subscribers/Investors)

2.1 Single Shot Purchase Cancellations

  • Once a Single Shot Purchase (instant purchase of gold, silver, or diamond through JewelsPe) is successfully completed, it cannot be canceled as the funds are instantly processed and allocated in your wallet.
  • In case of an accidental transaction, users must contact our support team immediately. We will review the request and take appropriate action only if the transaction is eligible for reversal.

2.2 Long-Term Purchase Cancellations

  • Buyers who have subscribed to a long-term plan can cancel their subscription within the first 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made after 24 hours but before the first installment is processed may be subject to processing fees, depending on the payment method and administrative costs.
  • Once the first installment is successfully processed, the subscription cannot be canceled, but users may opt for an early withdrawal as per the Terms & Conditions of their selected plan.

2.3 Wallet Preload Cancellations

  • Any funds added to the JewelsPe wallet for future purchases cannot be canceled or withdrawn once loaded.
  • Users can utilize their balance to make future transactions but are not entitled to refunds or cancellations on preloaded funds.

3. Cancellation of Transactions for Jewellers

3.1 Order Cancellations by Jewellers

  • Once a Jeweller accepts a payment from a Buyer, the transaction cannot be canceled unless there is a dispute raised by the Buyer within 12 hours of the transaction.
  • If a Jeweller wishes to cancel a transaction due to unforeseen circumstances (such as product unavailability or technical errors), they must:
    • Notify the Buyer immediately.
    • Process the cancellation through the JewelsPe platform.
    • Provide valid reasoning for the cancellation.

3.2 Withdrawal Cancellation

  • Withdrawal requests from a Jeweller’s JewelsPe Wallet cannot be canceled once initiated.
  • If a withdrawal request was made in error, the Jeweller must contact support within 1 hour of the request. If the request is still in processing, it may be possible to stop the transaction, but this is not guaranteed.

3.3 Account & Subscription Cancellations

  • Jewellers may request to cancel their membership or business listing on JewelsPe at any time. However, they must ensure:
    • Any pending transactions are settled before account closure.
    • They notify JewelsPe support at least 7 days in advance before account deactivation.
  • If a Jeweller account is canceled due to policy violations, they will not be entitled to any refunds or future reactivation.

4. Cancellation by JewelsPe (Platform-Initiated Cancellations)

JewelsPe reserves the right to cancel transactions, accounts, or services in the following cases:

  • Fraudulent or Suspicious Activity: If we detect any unauthorized, fraudulent, or high-risk transactions, they will be immediately canceled to prevent losses.
  • Policy Violations: If any Buyer or Jeweller is found to be violating JewelsPe’s Terms & Conditions, we may suspend or terminate their access without prior notice.
  • Regulatory or Compliance Issues: If a transaction is flagged by financial institutions or regulatory authorities, we will cancel it and notify the concerned party accordingly.
  • Technical Errors: If a payment is incorrectly processed due to system glitches, we will reverse or cancel the transaction and notify the user accordingly.

5. Refunds After Cancellations

  • Cancellations that qualify for refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.
  • In cases where refund processing is delayed due to banking or technical issues, JewelsPe is not liable for third-party delays, but we will assist in tracking the transaction.

6. Non-Cancelable Services

The following services cannot be canceled under any circumstances:

  • JewelsPe Wallet Balance Preload (once funds are added, they must be used for transactions).
  • Completed Jewellery Purchases (once a payment is processed to a Jeweller, it is final).
  • Cashback & Rewards Earnings (any earned rewards or cashback cannot be withdrawn as direct cash but can be redeemed within the JewelsPe platform).

7. How to Request a Cancellation?

If you wish to request a cancellation, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact JewelsPe Support via email or phone.
  2. Provide your transaction ID, order details, and reason for cancellation.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide a resolution within 48 hours.

Note: Cancellation requests made outside our working hours will be processed on the next business day.
