Returns & Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At JewelsPe, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that certain transactions may require adjustments, and we strive to provide a fair and transparent Returns & Refund Policy. This policy applies to all transactions conducted through the JewelsPe platform, including payments made to jewellers and cashback earnings.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Since JewelsPe facilitates transactions between buyers and jewellers, refunds and returns are subject to specific conditions:

2.1 Purchases Made Through JewelsPe

  • Jewellery purchases are final once the payment is processed via the JewelsPe wallet or QR payment.
  • Any returns or exchanges are solely governed by the return policy of the respective jeweller from whom the purchase was made.
  • JewelsPe does not process refunds for jewellery purchases directly but assists in dispute resolution.

2.2 Cancellation of Transactions

  • A transaction may only be canceled before payment is completed.
  • Once a successful payment is made, the transaction cannot be reversed unless explicitly permitted by the respective jeweller.

2.3 Refunds for Cashback & Rewards

  • Cashback and rewards earned through transactions are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • If cashback is incorrectly credited, JewelsPe reserves the right to adjust or revoke the amount.
  • If a transaction that led to cashback is canceled, any cashback earned will be deducted.

2.4 Refunds for Overpayment or Incorrect Transactions

  • In case of double payment or incorrect deductions, users must report the issue within 7 days of the transaction.
  • Refund requests will be verified and processed within 7-14 business days after confirmation.

3. Refund Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, follow these steps:

Step 1: Submit a Refund Request

  • Contact JewelsPe Support at info@jewelspe.com with details:
    • Transaction ID
    • Date of Payment
    • Reason for Refund Request
    • Supporting Documents (Screenshots, Payment Proofs, etc.)

Step 2: Verification Process

  • JewelsPe will review the request and confirm eligibility.
  • If additional information is required, you will be notified.

Step 3: Refund Approval & Processing

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment source (JewelsPe Wallet, Bank Account, or UPI).

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:

  • Change of mind after completing a transaction.
  • Unauthorized transactions due to user negligence.
  • Rewards, cashback, or promotional credits.
  • Technical issues not related to JewelsPe’s payment system.
  • Disputes related to jewellery quality, design, or specifications. (These must be resolved with the respective jeweller.)

5. Dispute Resolution for Transactions

If a buyer is unsatisfied with a purchase or faces issues with a jeweller, they can initiate a dispute by:

  • Contacting the jeweller directly for resolution.
  • If unresolved, escalating the matter to JewelsPe Support via info@jewelspe.com.
  • JewelsPe will attempt to mediate the dispute but holds no liability for product-related grievances.

6. Refund Timeline & Payment Methods

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited via the same payment method used (JewelsPe Wallet, Bank Transfer, UPI).
  • If a refund is delayed beyond 14 days, users can escalate the issue to JewelsPe Support.

7. Refunds for Jewellers (Withdrawals & Reversals)

7.1 Jeweller Wallet Withdrawals

  • Once a withdrawal request is initiated by a jeweller, it cannot be reversed.
  • Withdrawals are processed manually via NEFT/IMPS and take up to 24 hours to reflect in the jeweller’s bank account.

7.2 Reversed Transactions Due to Compliance Issues

  • If a transaction violates any JewelsPe policy, the funds may be reversed to the original sender.
  • In case of fraudulent transactions, JewelsPe reserves the right to block accounts and withhold funds.

8. Cancellation of Subscription Plans

If a user subscribes to any JewelsPe premium services or additional features, they may cancel as per the following rules:

  • No refunds for partially used subscriptions.
  • Cancellations before renewal cycles must be initiated at least 48 hours in advance.

9. Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks

To ensure fair usage, JewelsPe monitors transactions for fraud prevention.

  • Chargebacks raised falsely will lead to account suspension.
  • Multiple chargeback requests may result in permanent account termination.
